Author Guidelines
General Submission Requirements
Originality
The submitted manuscript must be the original work of the author, has not been published in any journal, Proceedings, or scientific media, and is not in the process of review elsewhere simultaneously.
Language
Manuscripts should be written in English. For authors not fluent in English, we recommend having the manuscript carefully read by an English-speaking colleague or a professional editing service before publication.
Theme Compatibility
The manuscript should be relevant to the established themes and subtopics of the conference. Manuscripts that do not have a substantial link to the IPPHILAW 2026 theme will not be considered for review.
Plagiarism
The degree of similarity of the manuscript should not exceed 20% based on plagiarism detection software checks. Manuscripts that exceed this threshold will be rejected without further review.
Number Of Authors
Each manuscript can be written by a maximum of 4 (four) authors. The corresponding author must be listed along with an active email address.
Submission Format
The manuscript is submitted in Microsoft Word format (.docx) and follows the official IPPHILAW 2026 template. Submissions in other formats will not be processed.

Types of Submission

Manuscript Structure and Formatting

Review Process
Review System
All full paper manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer review process by qualified reviewers. The identities of both authors and reviewers will be concealed throughout the review process.
Evaluation Criteria
Originality and scholarly contribution; strength of legal arguments and analysis; relevance to the IPPHILAW 2026 theme; depth of literature review; clarity of legal research methodology; and quality of language and writing.
Review Outcomes
Manuscripts may be accepted without revision (accepted), accepted with minor revisions, accepted with major revisions, or rejected.
Revision Deadline
Authors are required to submit revised manuscripts within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of notification.
Abstract Submission
Abstracts will only undergo a selection process by the Scientific Committee based on thematic relevance, clarity of the problem statement, and the significance of the contribution. They will not be subject to a double-blind peer review process.
