Auhor Guidelines
1. General Requirements
All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. The official language of the symposium is English. All manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer-review process based on technical quality, scientific rigor, and relevance to the theme of Biomathematics modeling.
2. Submission Process via POHALAA
SYMOMATH 2026 utilizes the POHALAA for all submissions and registrations as follows.

Please follow these steps:
- Account Creation: Visit the POHALAA portal and register for a new account if you do not have one.
- Dashboard Access: Once logged in, select "Symposium on Biomathematics 2026" from the list of active conferences.
- Submission Details: Submit your Topic, Title, Keywords, and abstract.
- Upload Files: Upload the abstract (for oral presentation), Full paper (for publication), or Revised Full Paper (after revising the manuscript).
- Contributors: Add all the contributors of the abstract or the full paper.
- Review: Check again all of the submission details. After you submit, one of our editorial team members will be assigned to review your submission. It is important that you enter the details as accurately as possible.
- Submit: click submit to finish your submission. Then, you can monitor your review's status and download the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) directly from your POHALAA dashboard.
3. Manuscript Preparation
A. Abstract Format
- Title: Concise and informative (max 15 words).
- Authors: Full names, affiliations, and the email address of the corresponding author.
- Keywords: 3 to 5 words, separated by semicolons.
B. Full Paper Format
- Templates: Authors must use the official SYMOMATH 2026 templates (available in MS Word and LaTeX formats) provided on the POHALAA dashboard.
- Structure: Standard academic structure is required: Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.

4. Originality and Ethics
To maintain high academic standards, all submissions will be checked for similarity using Turnitin. SYMOMATH 2026 maintains a maximum similarity threshold of 20%. Manuscripts exceeding this limit or found to contain plagiarized content will be automatically rejected.
5. Registration and Payment
After your paper is accepted, at least one author must register and complete the payment to ensure the paper is included in the symposium program and proceedings. Payment instructions and invoices are generated automatically through the POHALAA system.
